Refund policy

All refund requests are handled on a case by case basis.  We want to keep our coffee and hound lovers satisfied and are happy to resolve any issues that may arise.

We have a no return policy on all coffee as it is a perishable good.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.  please email us at houndhousecoffee@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt.
