I recently came across a special photo of me with two of the incredible Hound Rescue board members, Kim and Cindy. This picture captures a meaningful day — the day they asked me to join them in serving on the board of Hound Rescue. It was a moment that filled me with excitement and gratitude, knowing I would be working alongside such passionate and dedicated people to make a difference in the lives of countless dogs.
While Shannon and Hyden are missing from the photo, they were very much a part of that day in spirit. Together, these wonderful people have created a team that is beautiful inside and out, united by a shared love for our hounds and a deep commitment to our mission.
Joining the board felt like a natural extension of my work with Hound House Coffee, where our mission has always been about more than just coffee — it’s about community, compassion, and giving back. I am so grateful to be part of this amazing group and to work alongside such inspiring people every day.
Here’s to the incredible team that makes our work possible, and to the many more dogs we’ll rescue together in the future!
